Welcome to MarShiba. By connecting your wallet and playing, you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the risk notice below.

⚠️ Crypto & experimental software notice. MarShiba is an experimental, evolving game built on the Solana blockchain. Any in-game tokens or on-chain assets can be volatile and may lose all value. Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice. Play and transact only with what you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet and keys.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain applications and interact with digital assets where you live. Do not use MarShiba where it is prohibited.

2. Your account & wallet

Your Solana wallet is your identity. You are responsible for keeping your keys and seed phrase safe — we can never recover them and will never ask for them.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected wallet.
On-chain transactions are irreversible and processed by the Solana network, not by us.

3. The game & virtual items

Colonies, resources, rovers, cosmetics and other in-game items exist to be used within MarShiba. Their availability, balance, prices and mechanics may change as we develop and tune the game. In-game items are not a promise of monetary value.

4. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized bots or automation, attack the servers, or interfere with other players' experience. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability

MarShiba is provided "as is" and "as available". As an early-stage project we may update, pause, reset, or discontinue features, servers or the whole game at any time, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarShiba and its creators are not liable for any loss of tokens, assets, data, profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, the wallet connection, or the blockchain.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
