Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

MarShiba ("we", "us") is a browser-based multiplayer game on the Solana network. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game. This page explains what we store and why.

What we collect

We do not require or collect your name, email, phone number or any off-chain personal identity to play.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (your wallet identity and a session token) and cookies to remember basic preferences. These are essential to the experience; we do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Wallet & blockchain

Connecting your wallet and any on-chain transaction (e.g. token transfers) happen directly between you and the Solana network via your wallet provider (Phantom, Solflare, etc.). Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by design and are outside our control.

How we use data

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase for the game database, Netlify for hosting) purely to operate the service. Public leaderboards display your nickname and a shortened wallet address only.

Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time. To request removal of your gameplay records tied to a wallet address, contact us at the address below.

MarShiba is an experimental game. This policy may change as the game evolves — the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. This is a starter policy; for legal completeness in your jurisdiction, have it reviewed by a professional.
